Mark's roots on the Space Coast began at Satellite High School in Satellite Beach, Florida. He then pursued his bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies, focusing on urban design and public administration, at the University of Central Florida. His legal career started in Austin, Texas, as a file clerk at a boutique construction law firm, where he gained early exposure to representing design professionals, property owners, and general contractors. Mark went on to earn his law degree from the prestigious Baylor School of Law in Waco, Texas.
